Join me for a delightful afternoon with the founder of Black Star Pastry and author of 'Modern Australian Baking', Christoper Thé. Chris has thirty years experience in baking and recently opened his Sydney passion project; Hearthe, a bakery that showcases his naturalistic style and less-is-more approach while championing native Australian ingredients. This is Chris' first cookbook and recipes from the book for the afternoon tea will include; Saltbush scones w desert lime marmalade, Madeleines with lemon myrtle tea, Geraldton Wax Cheesecake and Olive fougasse, Serano ham, Manchego and rockmelon sprouts to share. The afternoon tea, a conversation & a signed copy of 'Modern Australian Baking' is included in your ticket price.
