It's coming to that time of year again and our Church is having a Christmas shoe box packing party!!!

The party will be held after our church service on Sunday October 18th.

If you click on the 'Register now' link, it will show you some options of ways you may like to be involved, including booking your food tickets so we can all enjoy some yummy food together afterwards.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. It’s a hands-on way for us to demonstrate God’s love to children across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, clothes and fun gifts.

Samaritan’s Purse collects thousands of boxes and distributes them to children living in vulnerable situations. This is a way for us to shine Jesus's light into the darkness of situations like poverty, war and natural disasters.

Children who receive shoe boxes are offered the opportunity to hear more about the God who loves them and invites them to be part of his family with deep, overflowing and abundant love.

Partnerships with local churches are formed so that children and families can choose to receive continued support and care beyond the huge excitement of receiving our shoe boxes. Many shoe box recipients have journeyed to become leaders in their communities, continuing the share the beautiful light, hope and strength they find in knowing Jesus.
