MiniRoos Soccer Coaching Course (15+ Years) - Term 3 2026
Kickstart Your Soccer Coaching Journey!
In partnership with Melbourne Victory, West Sunshine Community Centre (WSCC) is offering an exciting opportunity for young aspiring leaders to dive into the world of soccer coaching.
The MiniRoos Coaching Course is an entry-level program delivered across two essential sessions. It is is the minimum accreditation required for coaches in Australia and the perfect pathway for young people to:
1. Build confidence and leadership skills
2. Learn the skills to deliver games-based football sessions
3. Access employment opportunities as a coach through Melbourne Victory community programs
4. Gain FREE entry into Football Australia’s coaching pathway
5. Free lunch and giveaways.
Suitable for ages 15 years and older. MiniRoos will be delivered on:
Dates: Saturdays 5 and 19 September 2026 (2 sessions – Attendance to both sessions is mandatory for accreditation)
Times: 1pm – 4.30pm
Cost: No Charge (Fully funded partnership program)
Location: West Sunshine Community Centre - 25 Kermeen Street, West Sunshine, 3020.
What to Bring and Wear: Wear comfortable clothing and runners, bring a drink bottle and your WWCC.
Working With Children Check (WWCC) Requirement – All participants 18 years and older must provide a valid WWCC. To apply for a WWCC, please visit: https://service.vic.gov.au/services/working-with-children. The application process takes approximately 30 minutes.
What to Bring and Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing and runners, bring a drink bottle and your WWCC.
Perks: Lunch will be provided for all participants.
