BPN NSW networking event 2026: UNSW
About
Join the BioProcessing Network (BPN) for a networking event on Thursday evening, 13th August, at UNSW Recombinant Products Facility (RPF). RPF is a state-of-the-art facility supporting process development and biomanufacturing for recombinant proteins, plasmid DNA and emerging therapeutic modalities.Optional tours will showcase RPF's capabilities across the bioprocessing workflow, from upstream to downstream processing, while highlighting how the facility leverages Australia's largest shared research infrastructure ecosystem (MWAC) to access world-class analytical and characterisation capabilities that accelerate process development and product optimisation.
Discover how the integration of complementary research facilities, centres, institutes and schools is enabling innovation across biopharmaceutical manufacturing, precision medicine, RNA therapeutics and sustainable biomanufacturing. Learn how this connected ecosystem supports collaboration, workforce development and the translation of research into real-world biomanufacturing outcomes.
Whether you work in industry, academia or government, this event is an opportunity to connect with peers, explore new collaborations and discover how a connected bioprocessing ecosystem is helping advance Australia's sovereign biomanufacturing capability.
