Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.Bring with you:
Enrolment pack - completed if possible, or we can support you during the interview to complete
ID - proof of identification for student - details in enrolment pack
Proof of address - 100 points of proof required - details in enrolment pack
Visa and/or residency documentation - details in enrolment pack
Reports/Plans - reports or plans that relate to your child's medical condition (eg: asthma or allergy) or diagnosis (Allied Health Reports, Paediatrician letters, information from NDIS providers) - if applicable
Please note: it is not essential for students to attend the enrolment interview.
