Dear Parents and Guardians,We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 Hayhoe House Dinner, a special evening that brings together students, families and staff to celebrate another wonderful year.
The House Dinner is an opportunity to reflect on the experiences, achievements and friendships that have shaped the year, recognise the contributions of our student leaders, and celebrate the spirit that makes Hayhoe such a special place. It is always a memorable occasion and a wonderful chance for our community to come together.
Date: Thursday 10 September 2026
Time: 5:45pm for canapés, with the formal proceedings commencing at 6:15pm
Venue: Rintel Function Centre, Ballarat Grammar
Dress Code: Semi-formal
Cost: $85 per person, including canapés, main course, dessert and all beverages
