Suitable for participants who have not previously attended one of Nicholas' workshops.If you've attended one of Nicholas' sessions before, please register for a Tier 2 Seminar instead.

This intensive half-day workshop explores practical techniques to help participants communicate by writing and speaking more concisely, more effectively, and with greater purpose.
The session covers the principles of crafting compelling content, structure, grammar and email. All areas of verbal presentation are covered, including structuring narrative, using body and voice for maximum impact, and effective use of visual aids.
Participants will engage in practical group work for immediate skill development.
**Course Size**
Participants receive individual attention and benefit from collaborating with their peers in an intimate group setting of up to 15 participants.
**Who Should Attend**
Anyone wanting to improve the way they present — from inexperienced public speakers to competent presenters.
**What You'll Need**
- One piece of writing — a technical document, an email, or any piece of writing that occurs in the daily course of business. It can be written by an individual and/or group, in progress, or already delivered.
- One piece of oral communication with PowerPoint, written by an individual and/or group, in progress or already delivered. It can be any number of slides, but only the first few will be workshopped and discussed.
**Follow-Up Coaching**
Participants are strongly encouraged to schedule a private one-on-one coaching session following the seminar. Both virtual and face-to-face sessions are available.
