Program on Sunday 20 Sept
| 8.45am | Bus leaves Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Rockingham |
| 11.00am | Mass at Sacred Heart Church, 94 Lukin Street, Beverley |
| 12.00pm | Shared lunch with local parishioners (please bring a plate to share) |
| 1.00pm | Proceed to St Patrick's Church, 38 South Street, York. Free to explore the old town. |
| 3.00pm | Rosary and Benediction at St Patrick's Shrine, followed by afternoon tea (please bring something to share) |
| 4.00pm | Leave for home, back by 6pm |
- To secure a seat on the bus is $40 per passenger.
- If you are driving yourself and have free seats, please contact Fr Geoff below.
- Please bring a plate of food for shared lunch and afternoon tea. Tea and coffee provided.

| After 11am | Arrive at Evans' Farm. Set up caravan or camp around homestead or adjacent paddock (toilet nearby). Arrange own lunch. |
| 2pm | 'Stations with Mary' ascending the rock hill |
| 4pm | Conversations with local farm families |
| 5pm | Simple farm Mass |
| 6pm | Shared BBQ (BYO meat, salad, drinks). Party on. |
| Next day: Arrange own breakfast, leave for Beverley in own transport |
