Join us for a special two-hour ballet masterclass with Jules Chastre, a professional dancer with the Norwegian National Ballet UNG.Jules trained at Turning Pointe Dance Studios before earning a place at the world-renowned Royal Ballet School in London, where he completed five years of elite classical training.
During his time at the Royal Ballet School, Jules performed leading roles in productions including Raymonda, Rhapsody and La Valse at the Royal Opera House. Since joining the Norwegian National Ballet UNG in 2024, he has performed works by celebrated choreographers including Jiří Kylián and John Neumeier, while also showcasing his own choreography on the international stage.
This masterclass is a unique opportunity to learn from a dancer who has progressed from training here in Cairns to one of Europe’s leading ballet companies. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, build confidence or gain insight into professional ballet training, this class is not to be missed.
