Winter Full moon gathering
No phones, no interruptions, no tasks - just gentle guidance back to the present moment and harnessing the energy of the Aquarian full moon.
The full moon energies help you to release negative situations, feelings and vibrations that no longer serve you, allowing you to move on from external and / or internal drama.
We also take this time to send healing and gratitude to Mother Earth and all sentient beings.

To bring: Warm clothes, cushion and blanket (I will be providing some)

About Emma
Emma has always felt strongly connected to the moon and has been using the moon cycles and its powers for over 15 years for her own healing and has had over 200 people attend her new moon and full moon meditation groups and workshops.
With a background in transpersonal counselling, meditation facilitation and energy healing, Emma brings many years of experience supporting personal growth and wellbeing. While her focus has evolved over recent years to doing more events, she is now reconnecting with meditation and reflective practices, bringing a holistic understanding of wellbeing, creativity and community.
