A day of movement, remembrance and coming home to yourself.

Nestled among the peaceful surrounds of Gungarra Gardens in Queensland's beautiful Granite Belt near Stanthorpe, She Dances Home is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the woman you are beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations.

Together, we gather in a small circle of women to explore a feminine archetype through embodied movement, ritual, nature and heartfelt connection. This is not a workshop with a rigid agenda; instead, it is a living experience that honours the unique energy, wisdom and needs of the women who gather. While each month is inspired by a different feminine archetype, the direction of the day unfolds organically, allowing space for what is most needed in the moment.

This is a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are—a safe, supportive and non-judgemental circle where every woman's story is honoured. Together, we gently explore both our light and our shadow, embracing the parts of ourselves that long to be seen, understood and integrated. There is no expectation to perform, to have all the answers, or to be anything other than authentic. You will be held with compassion, acceptance and respect as you journey home to yourself.
