Join Cass for "Silence & Sounds - Deep Listening & Women's Hoop Drum Circle". This special session is perfectly timed to fall on the first FULL MOON for 2027 which also happens to be a super full moon. This two hour Women's hoop drum circle will begin with a short drum meditation where you will get to relax. As a group we then begin with a drum blessing and play soothing and empowering rhythms which will help you connect with your own intuitive wisdom. Our session will include a drum chant (chanting optional - you simply drum if you do not wish to use your voice). You will have some time to create some intentions for your year ahead. We will 'drum out' these intentions and drop into a deeply peaceful healing rhythm and allow you to enjoy the silence within the sounds. As this is the first hoop drum circle for the year, you are invited to bring a journal if you wish. You are also invited to bring a crystal/s for some beautiful vibrational sound charging and of course you take it home again with you.
Cass holds a BMus - various drum circle facilitator courses, has studied core shamanic principles, Reiki 1 & 2 & is a Women's Circle Facilitator. She has special interest in the healing qualities of the hoop drum and rhythm.
