Townsville Little Theatre is delighted to partner with Acting With Arminelle to bring you another two installments of the hilarious and hugely popular 'Little Grimley' plays which follow the antics of a hapless Amateur Dramatic Society desperate for audiences.

LITTLE GRIMLEY - SAVING THE PLANET - When Little Grimley ADS is challenged by the local council to reduce it's carbon footprint, Chairman Gordon comes up with a cunning plan to raise funds for some new low-energy theatre equipment. But as usual, things never quite go to plan.  Will saving the planet end up ruining their whole world? Or could there possibly be a miraculous intervention from Mother Nature?

TO BE OR NOT TO BOTHER? -  Little Grimley's dramatic quartet decide to tackle an evening of Shakespeare with memorable results. Bringing together the world's greatest playwright with the world's worst amateur dramatic society - what could possibly go wrong?

PARKING - Onsite disability parking is limited, TLT kindly requests able-bodied guests to please leave the carparks closest to doors for patrons who need them. Additional free parking is available on the nearby streets (in accordance with signage) and across the road at the TAFE.

BAR - A licensed bar will be operating prior to each performance and during intermission.

RAFFLES & PROGRAMS - Please bring your cash for our raffle tickets and programs.

VENUE RULES - No stiletto heels please and ONLY WATER may be taken into the auditorium.

Both plays are written by David Tristram and are produced by arrangement with Origin Theatrical on behalf of Samuel French a Concord Theatricals Company.  This production has received funding through the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF), a partnership between the Queensland Government and Townsville City Council that supports local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
