Pedalling live on the bike Evans rode to victory, Delves fuses grit, storytelling and heart pounding energy in a breathtaking theatrical ride.
A high octane tribute to endurance, ambition and the spirit of Australian sport. This gruelling solo performance sees Delves on stage for the entire show, pedalling for 29 kilometres on the actual 2011 yellow BMC “Cadel Evans” SLR01 that Cadel Evans rode to victory in the 2011
Tour de France.
Connor’s physical performance, combined with vivid storytelling, brings the epic race to life, including live commentary from the legendary 'voice of the Tour de France,' Phil Liggett.
CADEL: Lungs On Legs is a new play created by Connor Delves. It is directed by Mark Barford and cowritten by Connor Delves and Scottish playwright Steve McMahon. It is presented by Anant Das, Connor Delves, and Ali Welburn. The show is supported by sponsors BMC Switzerland, Wahoo Fitness, and Prime Train.

Connor Delves is an Australian-born, New York-based actor, singer, producer, and director with credits in the US, UK &Australia. He stars as Australia’s first Tour de France winner, Cadel Evans, in CADEL: Lungs On Legs, riding live on stage.
From sold-out runs in Edinburgh & London, the show won Best Show of the Fringe (Theatre Weekly) and Underbelly’s Fringe Fix Wild Card, with Connor praised as “remarkable” (The Stage).
