At this special GERMAN WEEK event you will learn how to make Sauerkraut using the simplest and most authentic method! This is a Hands-on learning event! Including healthy + sustainability tips and tricks. Presented by ReFormAble.Join us for an exciting afternoon celebrating German culture and this super healthy probiotic packed afternoon from our German heritage!
We will also be sharing recipes on 'how to use' it for a traditional German "Rotkohl" (braised red cabbage) dish! Perfect to inspire you for your authentic German Christmas meal preparation ideas.
IMPORTANT:
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN STERILIZED GLASS/MASON JAR around 200-400g Each attendee will take home what they make and enjoy a sample tasting and celebrate with eating a typical German Schnittchen together!
