Dear Parents and Guardians,We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 Butler Krome House Dinner, a special evening that brings together students, families and staff to celebrate another wonderful year.
The House Dinner is an opportunity to reflect on the experiences, achievements and friendships that have shaped the year, recognise the contributions of our student leaders, and celebrate the spirit that makes Butler Krome such a special place. It is always a memorable occasion and a wonderful chance for our community to come together. Students in Year 7 - Year 9 must attend with a parent/guardian.
Date: Wednesday 9 September 2026
Time: 6:00pm arrival for a 6:30 pm start
Venue: Bray Raceway (Ballarat Trotting Club)
Dress Code: Semi-formal.
Cost: $65 per person (includes canapés on arrival, a two-course meal) Drinks available at bar prices.
Please ensure tickets are booked by Wednesday 2 September 2026.
