So, Who Are You Anyway?
About
Author Sarah Rosse will join Need2Read's owner, Corissa Rieschieck, for a conversation between two staunch mental wellness advocates about mental health, parenting through uncertainty, and healing through the art of journal writing. Part conversation about Sarah's memoir of her own lived experience, part practical advice on the craft of journal writing, this will undoubtedly be an emotional and uplifting conversation about the power we each hold to help reduce stigma around mental health issues and helping others to find connection.---
Sarah Rosse is an author, mental health advocate, journal coach, and community facilitator based in Gippsland, Victoria. She works full-time in business development within the disability sector and volunteers with Kintsugi Heroes, delivering workshops that foster meaningful connection and conversations.
Sarah is the author of So, Who Are You Anyway?, a memoir inspired by her family’s journey through her son’s mental health crisis and her own path of self-discovery, resilience, and hope.
