He's back... and we couldn't be happier.
We're kicking off our Tassie Winemaker Series with one of our absolute favourites – the legend himself, Peter Dredge (aka Dr. Edge).
If you've been to one of Peter's tastings before, you'll know this isn't just a wine tasting. It's two hours of brilliant stories, plenty of laughs, a little wine education (without feeling like you're in school), and some of Tasmania's most exciting wines.
We'll be pouring our way through the latest Dr. Edge range, serving up a few Lucy Boots creations from the test kitchen, and settling in around the long table for one of those nights that reminds you why sharing wine with good people is one of life's great pleasures.
There'll be plenty of banter, a few Cellar Door specials thanks to Swallow Liquor Merchants, and every chance to chat with Peter about wine, vintage and what makes Tassie such a special place to grow grapes.
Whether you're a complete wine nerd or just love a cracking night out, this one's for you.
