Join us for a Spring Picnic supporting Set to Succeed!
Everyone is welcome to enjoy a delicious spread of grazing platters, by the water in beautiful New Farm Park.
Everything will be provided (picnic blankets, pillows, and plates). So just bring yourselves! And some friends who love picnics, parks, and helping charities.
We are hoping to raise some much-needed funds for Set to Succeed. A small Townsville-based charity that supports First Nations young people from remote communities. They provide accommodation, as well as 24/7 support for residents, help in finding and keeping a job, life-skills and ‘life-admin’ education, and mentoring.
Set to Succeed has recently had to grow their program, and move to a new home, because of the increasing need for their services. A bigger premises means bigger bills - so our goal is to raise enough money to cover their first few electricity bills. It’s a picnic for their power (bill).
This fundraiser is a bit different. Tickets are free. We just ask you donate what you can, before or during the picnic.

Otherwise, there will be plenty of chances to give on the day.
Please book a free ticket for catering purposes. The grazing platters will include a selection of gourmet dips, soft & hard cheeses, salami, crackers, olives, sweet treats, and seasonal fruits. There will also be soft drinks and bottled water. Please let us know any dietary requirements.
This event will be styled by Boho by the Bayside – so come prepared for a visual treat!
