About Dinner:
Welcome to our 2nd progressive dinner event. A fun night on boats that is not weather dependant as its run within the SYC Marina. All you need is a boat, yourself and up to 3 crew (max of 4 participants from your boat). You will be hosting 1 course either entrée/appetiser, main or dessert course. You will host a maximum of 2 other boat crews meaning you will have up to 12 people to cater for. We will tell you by Thursday before the event (Aug 6) what course you are doing and how many you are catering for. So you & your crew will go to two other boats for a course and you will host two other boats for a course on your boat. As sometimes culinary resources are limited on a boat you need to carry your Wineglass and a set of cutlery with you from boat to boat. And not to forget it’s a BYO event.
