Positive Online Footprints with Kids Helpline for children aged 7–11.The internet is a wonderful place to learn, create and connect—but every click, comment and share leaves a digital footprint.
Join us for this engaging, child-friendly workshop presented by a qualified Kids Helpline counsellor. Through fun activities, discussions and interactive learning, children will discover what an online footprint is, how their choices online can have lasting effects, and practical ways to build a positive digital reputation.
Designed especially for children aged 7–11, this session empowers young learners to become thoughtful, responsible digital citizens while building confidence to navigate the online world with kindness and care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for home educating families to explore digital citizenship together in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.
Children will learn to:
- Understand what an online footprint is.
- Recognise the difference between positive and negative online choices.
- Think before they post, comment or share.
- Discover simple ways to contribute positively online.
- Build confidence as safe and respectful digital citizens.
AGE
This virtual excursion was developed for children 7 - 11 years old (or equivalent to school years 2-6).
