Beneath The Surface - What happens before people burn out, switch off or walk away.This is an intimate evening bringing together local business owners, managers and leaders for a conversation around something I believe deserves far more attention in today’s workplaces - The human side of work.
This won’t be another corporate presentation filled with statistics, policies or power point slides.
I’ll be sharing some of my own lived experience, along with practical insights into the things we don’t always see happening beneath the surface - stress, burnout, disengagement, identity and the gradual impact these can have on our people, our workplaces and our lives outside of work.
Most importantly, I want this to be an evening that creates conversation and leaves people thinking a little differently when they walk back into their workplace the next day.

There is no cost to attend, and your evening will include a complimentary drink on arrival and light refreshments.
Numbers will be intentionally limited and strictly invitation only, so although the event is complimentary, registration is essential to secure your place.
