Inters Hip Hop Workshop/Extension Audition with Jacob YarrJoin special guest choreographer Jacob Yarr for an exciting Hip Hop workshop and audition opportunity at Hobart Dance Academy!
All dancers enrolled in the 11 Years Hip Hop Performance Group and 13 Years Hip Hop Performance Group will learn and perform Chelsea's Hip Hop routines during their regular class times. There is no separate choreography block for these teams.
In addition, Jacob will be creating a Junior Extension Team, featuring selected dancers from both age groups. Placement in this team will be by audition only.
Audition Details
Date: This Friday
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Cost: $30.00
To be eligible for the Extension Team, dancers must:
Attend the workshop/audition on Friday
Be available for all rehearsal dates and times listed on the rehearsal schedule/poster
Participate fully in Jacob's workshop
Important Information:
Dancers who do not wish to audition are still strongly encouraged to attend the workshop.
Working with visiting choreographers provides valuable learning opportunities and helps dancers develop important skills such as learning and retaining choreography quickly. The ability to pick up choreography efficiently is an essential part of performance team training, and this workshop will help dancers continue to build those skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Whether your child is auditioning for the Extension Team or simply looking to improve their Hip Hop performance skills, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced industry professional.
