About
The NCC fee is $635.00 per gymnast and includes:Competition entry fee
Coaching and judging costs
The fee has been calculated based on the estimated costs of sending four coaches/judges to the event.
Please note: The NCC fee is non-refundable once payment has been made, as competition entry and coaching commitments are made in advance.
All travel-related expenses for gymnasts and their families, including flights, accommodation, meals, and local transport, are the responsibility of each family.
If the actual costs of sending the coaches/judges exceed the budgeted assumptions, any additional amount will be shared equally among all participating gymnasts after the event. Conversely, if the actual costs are lower than budgeted, any surplus will be distributed equally among participating gymnasts or credited back, as determined by the Academy.
