About
Speech Pathology Drop In Clinic is a telehealth screening session with the CDS Virtual Team. Sessions are approximately 15 - 20 minutes during the clinic times listed. Sessions occur on a first come, first served basis. You can not select a specific time. When you complete a booking a link to the online clinic will be emailed to you. During booking you can also let us know if you want more information and a QR code sent to you. You are not required to attend or to cancel if you decide not to attend.ELIGIBILITY: This service is intended for people who live in country WA (outside the metropolitan areas). This program is limited to children who have or are eligible for a Medicare card. WA Country Health Service reserves the right to cancel or alter bookings if required.
IMPORTANT: If you proceed with this booking, you will be asked to provide personal information.
