Online Class Series: Transitions
About
Transitions — A 6-Class Feldenkrais SeriesMuch of daily life is made up of transitions: rolling over, moving from lying to sitting, rising from a chair, coming down to the floor, changing direction and shifting from one activity to another.
When these transitions feel difficult, we may use more effort than necessary, hold our breath or rely on the same familiar movement patterns. This 6-week online Feldenkrais series explores how transitions can become smoother, clearer and more comfortable.
Through gentle movement lessons, we will explore how the head, spine, pelvis, arms and legs can work together as we move between different positions. By slowing down and noticing the smaller steps within each transition, we can discover new possibilities for organising movement with greater ease.
Together, we will explore how more fluid transitions can support balance, coordination, confidence and comfort in everyday life.
No experience needed — just a willingness to explore with curiosity.
