Event details;
Location - East Doncaster Secondary College
Date - Sunday 18th October, 2026
Time – Your team manager will have booked a time. Please check with them
Notes
1. Attire = playing uniform and playing shoes.
2. Be 15 minutes early
3. There is no 'make up' day. That is the photographers will not return if your child is away on the day of the shoot.
4. Bring the Team Ball to the shoot to include in the photo.
5. This order page will close on the 25/10/26
6. Parents ordering a Family/Sibling photo - only complete one Family/Sibling order form for the whole family. Individual team and/or player portraits should be ordered separately as well.
On the day
Your help organising the kids would be appreciated
1. If ALL the team are present at the allocated time. Line up in height order, shortest to tallest. The team photo will be shot first.
2. If players are LATE at the allocated time. Line up by player number (lowest to highest). The player portraits will be shot first.
Note
Our team will take a player portrait of ALL players, regardless of if you order one. We do this so that they kids don’t feel left out of the experience.
How to use this form
Trybooking is typically used to ticket 'events' such as concerts, so the wording at the payment stage reflects this. We have used Trybooking as its a trusted brand.
During the payment stage its best to simply think of the order as an 'event', and then the wording makes sense.
