We will spent 2 days learning a few different book binding techniques. You can make books that you can use for yourself or can make for birthday or Christmas gifts. Or if you are like Jayne Argent, who will be running the workshop, she likes to have the books sitting on her shelves as decorations.
There isn't a material list as we will provide everything.
But if you would like to you can bring old hardcover books as we will be cutting out the insides of the books and binding in blank paper that you can use.
The only other material that you can bring is coloured paper (I'm thinking scrapbook paper) that you like. There is one book that we will make that uses the coloured/pattered paper as cover. If you have any that you like and would like to use bring them with you.
As it is a 2 day workshop we like to have shared morning tea and lunches. So if you book in we would like for you to bring plates to share with everyone.
This weekend will be a relaxed weekend where we will be learning slowly and having fun.
