Booking Information
To help ensure a smooth booking process, please read the following carefully before purchasing your tickets.
- Tables seat a maximum of 10 guests. Due to venue restrictions, additional seats cannot be added.
- Please organise your table group & table number before booking.
- Each family may purchase their own tickets (eg. 3 tickets) by selecting the same table number as the rest of their group. Alternatively, one person may purchase tickets for the entire table on behalf of multiple families.
- If booking separately, we recommend booking at approximately the same time. Until your group has booked, other families may select available seats at your chosen table.
- If you would like your table positioned near another group, please discuss this with the other families before booking. Refer to the venue plan attached in email or table/ticket section when selecting your table and include the neighbouring table numbers in the notes section of your booking.
- Tables 55–60 have been reserved for smaller groups or families who would like to join others and do not have a full table of 9-10.
- Due to the expected attendance, table allocations may require minor adjustments after bookings close to accommodate all guests. Every effort will be made to keep nominated groups together.
- Please ensure dietary requirements are entered for each attendee at the time of booking.
