Join us for a memorable Georgian & Ukrainian culinary experience filled with delicious food, wine, music, culture and genuine hospitality.
During this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to prepare 10 traditional dishes, discover the little secrets that give Georgian food its unique flavour, and enjoy a beautiful Georgian feast together.
Everyone will take part in the cooking, so this is not simply a demonstration. You will prepare the dishes with your own hands, learn traditional techniques and take the recipes home with you.
Together we will prepare:
Imeretian Khachapuri
• Chakhrokhino—traditional Georgian flatbread with beetroot leaves and Imeretian cheese
• Baje walnut sauce
• Spinach Pkhali with walnuts
• Chikhirtma chicken soup
• Chicken Satsivi
• Odessa-style eggplant caviar
•Dumplings (Varenyky)
•Odessa-style Forshmak
• Georgian pie
Once the cooking is complete, we will sit down together and enjoy a full Georgian dinner accompanied by wine, traditional Georgian toasts and stories about the culture of the Georgian feast.
