Join us for the official launch of the Decision Aid for Timing of Birth!Timing of Birth is the 5th element of the Safer Baby Bundle, with the initiative aiming to help women understand the things they can do to reduce their risk of stillbirth.
Most women wait for labour to start on its own. However, some women may be advised to consider having a planned birth to reduce the chance of stillbirth. The Decision Aid for Timing of Birth was developed to help healthcare providers have improved shared decision-making with women and their families when having these conversations.
Learn more about the development of the resource, pilot testing in Queensland hospitals and feedback from women and maternity care providers about the resource. Walk through the implementation toolkit and how to use the tool as part of your clinical practice.
