Notes
- Please make sure to pre-purchase food tokens (including snacks), as they will not be available for purchase at the venue. Food tokens cannot be purchased after August 31, 2026.
- Snacks can be collected during the tea break. Free pizza will be provided at that time for the children of Brisbane Tamil School (BTS).
- Dinner can be collected at the end of the event, around 7:30 PM.
