Allow the stresses to melt away as I guide you into a connecting meditative walk into the reserve where we have an opportunity to rebalance our nervous system with Natures Rhythm.
3x Sunday Mornings available 9th, 16th, 23rd of August, 10am-11.30am. Please bring water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, gum boots/boots/closed in shoes.
We will meet at the track leading to the reserve on Karbro Drive, Cardup WA 6122
