Hi everyone, next workshop will be Sunday, 9th of August.10:00AM to 12:00PM
This will be a NOGI workshop.
We will be working on using the front headlock position to pass the guard, take the back and submissions
- snapdown to front headlock
- diving front headlock to inverted north south
- anaconda choke (grappling industries legal)
This session will be nogi but a lot of the concepts carry over into the gi.
