Let's do it again! Join me for a no pressure dance class. Let's connect, move and have a laugh.This class is aimed for the mover who just wants to step out of their every day, and into the studio. We focus on an active warm up, into light stretch and strengthening exercises and then choreography.
Meet me where you can, no pressure. 'Choose your own adventure' - you are welcome to pull back or push as hard as you can.
