Beyond the Farm Gate – Come Paint the Hills of Coleraine
About
**Step away from the demands of the farm and enjoy a day created especially for you.**Join award-winning local artist **Jacky Morris** for a relaxed and supportive acrylic painting workshop, where you'll create a beautiful landscape inspired by the rolling hills of Coleraine. Whether you've never picked up a paintbrush or have some painting experience, this workshop has been designed so everyone can enjoy the day and leave with a painting they'll be proud of.
To make the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, **your canvas will already be lightly sketched**, allowing you to focus on painting rather than drawing.
### Your day includes:
• A professionally guided painting workshop with artist Jacky Morris
• A lightly pre-drawn canvas ready to paint
• All paints, brushes, easels, aprons and art materials supplied
• Morning tea on arrival
• A delicious fully catered lunch
• Your completed painting to take home
### Arrival
Please arrive **at 9.30 am** to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and morning refreshments. This is a chance to unwind, meet other participants and ease into the day before painting commences.
**The workshop will begin promptly at 10.00 am.**
### Eligibility
This workshop has been funded through the **Beyond the Farm Gate** program and is **reserved exclusively for farming men and women working in the agricultural industry.**
As this event is **heavily subsidised** and places are strictly limited, we ask that you **only book if you are genuinely committed to attending.** Your $15 booking fee helps secure your place and reduce no-shows, ensuring these valuable opportunities remain available for the farming community.
**Confirmation of your eligibility to attend may be requested.**
This workshop has been created to support the **mental health, wellbeing and social connection of adults working in agriculture.** For this reason, **this is an adults-only event, and children cannot be accommodated.**
We look forward to welcoming you for a day of creativity, conversation, good food and a well-deserved break from the everyday demands of life on the land.
