ThinkerLab Game Engineering Trial Session (Ages 9–13)Turn Screen Time into Future Skills!
Does your child love playing video games? Imagine them creating their own.
In this hands-on trial session, children will design and code their first arcade-style game using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. They'll discover that coding is creative, fun, and a powerful way to develop problem-solving and computational thinking skills.
No previous coding experience is required.
During the Trial, Students Will:
Create their first playable video game
Learn the basics of coding using block-based programming
Explore game design, animation and game logic
Solve fun coding challenges
Experience what it's like to be a real game developer

Requirements: Please bring a laptop or ipad. All software is free, runs on web browser nothing to download
