Inter-Advanced Silks workshop with Ashleigh Calleja
About
2-hour Silks workshop on Drops and Belays.Saturday 22nd August, 12pm - 2pm, Aerial Energy, Moffat Beach.
Ashleigh is the owner of CirqueFlex, which is her own training program for coaches and aerialists.
In the 2-hour workshop Ashleigh will focus on:
- The Belay wrap, how to use it safely and artistically
- Single, Double and Triple Belay
- Fundamental Drop / Catch positions
- Rotations
- New Drops and Creating your own.
Open to all inter-advanced teens, adults and coaches.
$70 per person, max 12 participants, so book in quick.
