Join us for a wholesome afternoon of Zenthai Shiatsu massage at The Well Hub in Spotswood. Zenthai Shiatsu is a restorative and rejuvenating bodywork that blends Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.We invite you to receive a nourishing 90 minute massage in a beautiful shared space alongside a small group of receivers.
After a treatment, we welcome you to stay for a cup of tea and snacks, to support you grounding back into community.
What to expect:
Zenthai Shiatsu Community Treatments bring together a small group of practitioners where you will receive a treatment nestled alongside others to encourage collective care and connection. You will be paired with a practitioner who will tailor your treatment to your current needs.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a floor based bodywork that supports balance, integration and relaxation for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
We recommend wearing a comfortable long sleeve top and pants.
The room will be gently lit with soft music.
