Join us at this FREE parent workshop - presented by St Mary MacKillop College Psychologist Dr Kimberlee Burrows - where you will learn why anxiety occurs, how it affects children's thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and also what anxiety may be communicating beneath the surface.

*Get practical, evidence-based strategies for responding to anxious children.

* Understand what helps (and what can unintentionally make anxiety stronger).

* Learn how home and school can work together to buildconfidence and resilience.
