About
The semester check-in sessions are designed for students in their second semester or beyond who want a quick and relaxed opportunity to touch base about how their studies are going.It’s a chance to check in on your progress, discuss the significance of the units you are undertaking this semester, chat about any challenges you might be facing, and make sure you’re feeling supported as you move forward in your course. You’ll meet with key staff including the Associate Dean (Teaching & Learning), your Discipline Coordinator, and a Learning Advisor
Each session is tailored to a specific engineering discipline group—Aviation, Chemical Energy & Resources, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Motorsport. You should register and attend into your discipline only.
Please come along, ask questions, and make the most of the support available to you!

Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Monday, 10 August, 1:30pm - 2pm
Mechanical Engineering & Motorsports - Tuesday, 11 August, 1:30pm - 2pm
Aviation - Wednesday, 12 August, 1:30pm - 2pm
Civil Engineering - Thursday, 13 August, 1.30pm - 2pm
Chemical, Energy & Resources Engineering - Friday, 14 August, 1:30pm - 2pm
