Join us for the wrap up of the City of Perth 2026 NAIDOC Exhibition, with an Artist in Conversation with Brian Robinson.
This hosted event introduces artist Brian Robinson.
Brian Robinson is a Torres Strait Islander artist of the Maluyligal and Wuthathi language groups, and a descendant of the Dayak people of Malaysia. Raised among the islands between Cape York Peninsula and Papua New Guinea, his practice fuses the carving and storytelling traditions of his Torres Strait heritage with an exuberant, wide-ranging visual vocabulary drawn from Greek mythology, science fiction, colonial history and marine ecology.
