Begin with a nourishing stretch session led by Gabrielle Harris to release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body. Then move into a powerful yet calming breathwork journey with Amber from Healing Hearts, supported by gentle Reiki to encourage deep relaxation, inner balance, and a lasting sense of wellbeing.
Unwind with a calming herbal tea, connect with like-minded people, and soak in the stunning ocean views. Trial a contrast therapy session in our bath house afterwards. 12pm session allocated for event attendees.
