💛 Reflection, journalling and personal growth
✨ A beautiful workbook to support you throughout the journey.
A session consists of approximately 70 minutes of teachings and 45 minutes of Sound (small rest break in-between).
This is an open class and everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.

-Els Kennedy is a qualified Sound Therapist who brings gentle sound treatments as a part of a holistic approach to health.
– Jaime Coomber is a qualified Kinesiologist, Fitness Coach and holistic wellness practitioner, who combines Kinesiology, Reiki, Quantum Healing and fitness to support mind, body and soul, helping people feel balanced, empowered and thriving.
