About
This is a wonderful opportunity to give students who love chess an opportunity to play other students all morning, with prizes and certificates at the end.It is intended for students of all ages and levels and they only need to know how the pieces move - there will be some beginners, many keen novices and the occasional genius. They will learn how to use chess clocks and discover the real excitement of playing other students of roughly the same age in a real tournament. It's particular good for those who have not yet playing the inter-school matches.
The cost per student is just $10 and the students can be part of a school excursion or treat the day as an ‘Educational Experience’.
