Ecstatic dance is embodied journey through movement organised and hold by Carole Overmaat. It's also just called by our visitors "embodied dance". Our event begins with a structured approach but evolves into a free flowing experience. We'll start by gathering in a circle for a cacao ceremony, allowing the rich flavours and aromas to awaken our senses and prepare us for the movement ahead. Following the ceremony, we'll explore the benefits of embodied movement lead by a new DJ this time Thomas Bunker. We gave Thomas this time the feel of the ecstatic dance we wanted as after 13 times of doing this practise. Yes we know what we want and we listened to our visitors. This event culminates in a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session, enhanced by music and will finish with a sound bath lead by Julie.As we encourage our visitors to trust the first time experience and trust that. We also gave you this time the opportunity to get the same Spotify list we gave the DJ. Of course that doesn't garante you will get the same. As yes we like to go with the flow.
