Emerging filmmakers, join us this Halloween season for a crash course in horror filmmaking!

Over one day, you will learn how atmosphere, silence and unease combine to create stories that keep audiences awake long after the lights are out...

Work alongside a team of emerging filmmakers to turn an idea into a finished short film, experimenting with filmmaking and acting techniques specific to the horror genre. This is your chance to explore the dark side of your creativity!
 

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
– Explore how tension, fear and suspense are built in horror films through filmmaking conventions, using modern horror movie examples

– Develop a horror film script with a production team

– Act in, direct and film your own horror short film using camera, lighting and sound equipment

- Mentored by expert teachers with training and experience in the film industry
