David Morris is the CEO of the Australia China Business Council (Tas).He grew up in Tasmania and was a senior adviser to the Bacon Government. David has worked as an Australian diplomat, trade commissioner, advisor to business and the United Nations. David is a visiting professor at universities in China, France and India.
