Return to the Heart Sound Journey
About
A Sound Journey for Self-Love, Reconnection and RenewalThrough busyness, grief, caregiving and life’s many changes it can be easy to lose touch with parts of ourselves.
Return to the Heart is a deeply nurturing sound journey created to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with the person beneath all the roles, responsibilities and expectations.
Guided to connect with your heart space by a supporting meditation and the grounding tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Medicine Drums and the gentle sound of the voice, you’ll be invited to release emotional heaviness, quiet your mind and return to a place of inner compassion, self-acceptance and connection.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are.
