About
The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the 2025 financial year will be held at 3.30 pm AEDT on Tuesday 8th September 2026. The AGM will be held virtually using Teams.Please register your interest to participate.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The business of the meeting will be:
1. Receive the report on the Company’s activities during the 2025 year
2. Receive the report on the Company’s finances during the 2025 year
3. To consider and vote on nominations for directors
4. To consider a special resolution that Anthony Warner be elected as a director
5. To consider any other business
